We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

* Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to generate quality real estate leads.

* Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & YouTube).

* Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

* Design creative posts, banners, reels, and promotional materials using Canva.

* Edit videos and create engaging content using Filmora or similar video editing software.

* Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.

* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

* Experience with Google Ads.

* Content creation and copywriting skills.

* Proficiency in Canva.

* Basic to intermediate video editing using Filmora.

* Understanding of SEO and social media marketing is an added advantage.

* Strong communication and analytical skills.

* Creative mindset with attention to detail.

* Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred).

* Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

* Experienced candidates with proven results will be given preference.
