E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Engineer

We are engaged in the business of SMT Consumables, Soldering Solutions, Rework Stations, ESD Products, Tools, and Industrial Supplies. We are looking for a smart, creative, and technically skilled engineer who can manage our online presence and support our sales operations.

Job Responsibilities

Website & Online Store Management

• Manage and maintain company website and online store
• Add, update, and modify products regularly
• Upload product images, specifications, datasheets, and pricing
• Ensure website is updated, fast, and user-friendly
• Coordinate with developers if any technical issue arises

Graphic Designing & Creative Work

• Create banners, posters, product creatives, and promotional materials
• Design creative WhatsApp status, social media posts, and marketing graphics
• Prepare catalog pages, brochures, and product presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage product listings on website and marketplaces
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Monitor online inquiries and coordinate with sales team
• Handle basic SEO and digital marketing activities

Sales & Backend Support

• Support backend sales team with quotations, product information, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain product database and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Help generate leads through digital platforms

Required Skills

• Knowledge of website management (WordPress/Shopify or similar platforms)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
• Graphic design skills using tools like Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.
• Good computer and internet knowledge
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Preferred Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
• Experience in website handling, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferred
• Freshers with strong practical skills and creativity may also apply

Additional Advantage

• Experience in industrial products or electronics industry
• Knowledge of product photography/video editing
• Experience in managing WhatsApp Business and social media pages
