Job Description

Department: Online Sales & Operations

Location: On-site / Hybrid (Delhi)

Employment Type: Full-time


The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and GeM. The role focuses on product listing, order execution, platform compliance, pricing strategy, and coordination with internal operations to ensure smooth fulfillment and revenue growth.


  • Manage seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and GeM Portal
  • Product listing & optimization (titles, images, specs)
  • Price management & stock updates
  • Order processing & coordination with operations
  • Handling returns, ratings, and compliance
  • Platform policy management
  • Platform rating & account health


Salary Range ₹13k to 16k per month (based on experience)
