E-Commerce Executive

Manage products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho.

Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory

Process and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery

Track inventory and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts

Monitor product sales, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and customer service teams

Manage promotions, discounts, and online campaigns

Monitor competitors, pricing, and product performance

Prepare sales and operational reports

Identify operational issues and take corrective action

Ensure product information and store operations follow marketplace policies

Prepare and draft invoices, bills, quotations, and other basic office documents

Maintain records of invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts

Assist with bill payments and follow up on pending payments

Handle basic data entry and maintain files and documents

Collect and organize bills, receipts, and supporting documents

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers when required

Assist with bank-related and courier-related office work

Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and other routine office tasks

Maintain office supplies and ensure necessary materials are available

Support the accounts and administration team with day-to-day work

Perform occasional outdoor errands such as depositing documents, collecting bills, or visiting banks/vendors

Carry out other administrative tasks assigned by the management
