E-commerce Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily orders, returns, exchanges, and dispatch operations • Handle CRM software and maintain customer databases • Resolve customer complaints and support queries professionally • Track COD, prepaid, and RTO reports • Monitor daily sales and inventory reports • Coordinate inventory and warehouse operations • Supervise packing and dispatch teams • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners • Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates • Monitor offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns • Track team productivity and daily operational performance • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports • Improve customer experience and brand reputation • Prevent fake orders, fraud activities, and operational losses Skills & Requirements • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations • Shopify knowledge is mandatory • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra • CRM software handling experience required • Strong customer handling and communication skills • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets • Understanding of inventory and warehouse management • Team management and leadership skills • Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure • Knowledge of order management and logistics • Good communication skills in English and Hindi • Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented personality Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Fashion, Leather, or Apparel industry preferred • Experience managing multi-store operations preferred • Basic understanding of performance marketing coordination • Data analysis and reporting skills preferre
