E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Health & Marketplace Operations Executive/Manager to handle marketplace operations and maintain account health across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Amazon Account Health, policy violations, performance notifications, and listing issues
• Handle Seller Support cases, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account-related issues
• Manage A-to-Z claims, return disputes, buyer complaints, refunds, and chargebacks
• Respond to buyer messages as per marketplace guidelines
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and basic listing optimization
• Track account performance metrics such as ODR, LSR, VTR, cancellations, and returns
• Analyze customer feedback, return reasons, and marketplace reports to reduce recurring issues
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to account health and marketplace performance
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations
• Experience in account health management, violation handling, and seller support cases
• Knowledge of listing compliance, buyer communication, and return management
• Good Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
• Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience & Qualification:

• Graduated in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations preferred
• Hands-on experience with Amazon account handling will be an added advantage
