About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Operations Analyst – Ecommerce to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Ecommerce and Quick Commerce operations who can manage marketplace activities, analyze operational data, maintain catalog accuracy, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience managing Blinkit and Instamart seller panels will be given the highest priority.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, catalog creation, and product updates across Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Raise, monitor, and follow up on operational support tickets until resolution.
• Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, product listings, and market trends.
• Monitor catalog health, product availability, and inventory across all marketplaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Catalog, Inventory, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Generate insights from operational data to support business decisions and improve marketplace performance.

• Required Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce or Quick Commerce Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Blinkit and/or Instamart seller panels is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of catalog management, inventory, pricing, order management, and marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
