Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Executive (Cosmetics)

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, with a strong focus on revenue generation, marketplace growth, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
• Develop and manage Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content).
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and seasonal sales to maximize revenue.
• Drive revenue growth by improving product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, ROAS, and key performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and catalog updates across all marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Handle marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to increase sales and ROI.
• Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and promotions.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
• Proven experience in revenue generation and sales growth through online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho Seller Panels.
• Experience in product listing, A+ Content creation, catalog management, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
• Good understanding of e-commerce analytics, pricing strategies, and sales optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
