Position

Job Title: Education Counsellor & Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–6 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Including 1 Hour Break)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Work Location

Candidates are required to be willing to work at the company's office located in Okhla, Delhi NCR.

About the Role

This role combines Education Counselling, Student Relationship Management, Sales, and Operations Coordination.

You will counsel prospective students, convert warm leads into admissions, collect required documents, and coordinate between students and internal teams until the student's file is successfully completed.

No cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

• Counsel students for Study Abroad and Study in India programs.
• Guide students regarding our online coaching programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Convert warm leads into enrolled students.

Lead & Student Management

• Handle warm leads generated through digital marketing.
• Follow up with existing leads and the student database.
• Maintain regular communication through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Build long-term relationships with students.

Operations & Coordination

• Collect the required documents from students.
• Coordinate between students and internal teams.
• Ensure timely submission of pending documents.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Update CRM regularly.
• Schedule counselling sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate webinars and student events.
• Submit daily work reports.

Note: This role does not involve university applications, SOP writing, education loans, visa processing or flight bookings. Dedicated internal teams handle these services.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong counselling and sales skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Experience using any CRM.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a professional work ethic.

Candidates must have:

• Personal Laptop

Probation & Notice Period:

·      4-month probation.

·      Probation may be extended if performance needs further evaluation.

·      Confirmation only through a written confirmation letter.

·      During probation, employment may be terminated with immediate effect or with such notice/pay in lieu as permitted under applicable law and the employment agreement.

·      After confirmation, a 30-day notice period applies.
