Executive SPO (Service Billing)Company: Planwey Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: EV / Automobile Service Workshop
Locations:
Mohan Estate, Delhi
Ghazipur, Delhi
Gurugram, Haryana
- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer service invoices and bills.
- Verify job cards, labour charges, spare parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Store, and Accounts teams for accurate billing.
- Handle customer payments through cash, UPI, card, and other modes.
- Maintain daily billing records, invoices, and payment reports.
- Handle warranty-related billing documentation when required.
- Resolve basic customer billing queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper service and billing documentation.
- RequirementsQualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience in automobile workshop/service billing preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
