Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Call enrolled students and provide onboarding support.
  • Guide students regarding courses, internships, live classes, and placement programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound student calls.
  • Resolve student queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Follow up with inactive students to improve engagement.
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM.
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams.
  • Share class schedules, reminders, certificates, and important announcements.
  • Collect student feedback after sessions.
  • Maintain high student satisfaction
