Position Type: Full-time, Field-Based
Experience: 0 to 3 years in outdoor sales, FMCG, or automobile field sales
Education: 12th Pass

Key Field Responsibilities:
- Territory Lead Generation: Visit local businesses, corporate hubs, residential areas, and local markets to identify and capture prospective buyers.
- Field Marketing & Campaigns: Set up and manage outdoor vehicle displays, sales camps, and canopy promotions in high-traffic local areas.
- Doorstep Presentations: Travel within your assigned region to meet corporate clients or individual customers, explaining Hero vehicle features, mileage benefits, and pricing.
- Doorstep Test Drives: Coordinate and bring demo bikes/scooters directly to prospective customers for personalized test drives.
- Local Network Building: Develop strong working relationships with local mechanics, local financiers, and sub-dealers to source new customer referrals.
- Financing & Closing Support: Assist field clients with vehicle loans, collect necessary paperwork, and hand over files to the dealership finance team.
- Reporting: Report to the dealership office daily to update customer records, log new field leads, and sync on weekly sales targets.
