Job Description
- Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, distributors, or businesses) in assigned areas
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Collect payments and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support)
- Submit regular sales reports to the manager
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with local market and routes
