Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive from the Printing & Packaging Industry who can generate business from manufacturers, factories, food brands, restaurants, distributors, wholesalers, exporters, e-commerce brands and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, generating enquiries, conducting client meetings, presenting packaging solutions and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for corrugated boxes, printed boxes, mono cartons and commercial printing products.
• Visit factories, industrial areas, food businesses and commercial establishments to identify packaging requirements.
• Meet business owners, purchase managers and procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate quotations and follow up for order closures.
• Coordinate with customers regarding specifications, artwork and order requirements.
• Collect advance payments and ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in Printing, Packaging, Corrugated Box, Mono Carton or Commercial Printing Industry preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate business independently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler must.
