Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Manager to lead and manage field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in person, generating new business, managing a field sales team, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and guide the field sales team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor field sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
