Job Title: Field Executive – E Rickshaw Marketing & Driver Relations

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Petrol Allowance

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and street-smart Field Executives to promote our e-rickshaw business at the ground level.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting e-rickshaw drivers, mechanics daily to build strong relationships, generate leads, collect market data, and create referral networks.

This is a field-based role requiring regular market visits and direct interaction with local driver communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet e-rickshaw drivers in assigned areas daily

• Build relationships with mechanics and workshop owners

• Promote our e-rickshaw products, services, and offers

• Generate leads, referrals, and customer connections

• Collect market feedback and competitor information

• Maintain daily visit and lead reports

• Add interested customers to WhatsApp follow-up groups

• Support local marketing and awareness activities

Candidate Requirements

• Hindi speaking mandatory

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work and travel

• Smartphone required

• Bike preferred

• Local area knowledge preferred

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Field Sales

• Telecom Sales

• FMCG Sales

• Paytm/PhonePe onboarding

• EV dealership sales

• Driver network operations

• Field marketing/promotions
