Finance Manager

Job role: We are hiring a Finance Manager for our two-wheeler showroom who can combine sales with financial leadership and manage the dealership's financial health, process customer vehicle loans, coordinate with banks/NBFCs, and maximize profit through insurance and value-added product sales.

Key Responsibilities

·        Loan Processing & Financing: Evaluate customer financing needs, explain EMI options, process loan applications, and secure approvals through partner banks and NBFCs.

·        Insurance & Value-Added Sales: Generate additional revenue by selling motor insurance, extended warranties, and roadside assistance.

·        Financial Reporting & Accounting: Monitor daily showroom profitability, manage cash flows, and prepare financial statements (like P/L and balance sheets).

·        Banking Relationships: Negotiate competitive interest rates and incentive structures with lenders to ensure a steady, smooth pipeline for deal closures.

·        Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all legal, KYC, and financial regulations are met while reviewing funding packages prior to final submission.

·        Sales Team Training: Educate the showroom sales staff on current finance offers, documentation requirements, and lease programs.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills

·        Education: A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience: 5 to 8+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or accounting, preferably within the automotive or finance industry.

·        Skills: Strong knowledge of retail finance products, proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.  To review and manage operations, finance professionals use comprehensive dealership software.
