Job SummaryA Floor Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, ensuring product availability, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations to deliver a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers locate products and provide accurate information
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
• Sales & PromotionPromote products, offers, and ongoing schemes
• Suggest alternative or complementary products (upselling)
• Support in achieving daily sales targets
• Store OperationsEnsure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and floor area
• Check product expiry, quality, and pricing regularly
• Assist in visual merchandising and product arrangement
• Billing & TransactionsAssist in billing and packing when required
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Support returns and exchanges process
• Inventory ManagementAssist in stock replenishment and stock counting
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages
• Support in receiving and organizing inventory
• Skills & RequirementsBasic communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS (preferred)
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Working ConditionsFlexible shifts (including weekends & holidays)
• Standing for long hours and handling products
