Profile - General Manager ( Service)

Customer Experience: Drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and "First-Time-Right" metrics.

Dealership Profitability: Maximize revenue from service operations, body shops, and spare parts at the dealership level.

Network Operations: Ensure adherence to standard OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service guidelines, warranty compliance, and dealership capacity utilization.

Team Leadership: Train, manage, and mentor Area Service Managers, Territory Managers, and Service Advisors.

Business Development: Spearhead loyalty programs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and the sale of genuine parts and value-added services.
