Job Description

A. Marketing

- Own end-to-end marketing: brand, digital, performance, events, content, PR

- Build and manage annual marketing budget, track ROI on campaigns 

- Drive demand gen: SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars to hit SQL targets

- Lead product launches, rebranding, and GTM strategy for new offerings

- Manage agency partners and in-house team: content, social, designers

- Track metrics: CAC, MQLs, website traffic, brand awareness, lead-to-revenue


B. Business Development  

- Own revenue target + new logo acquisition for the region/vertical

- Build and nurture pipeline: enterprise clients, channel partners, distributors

- Lead key negotiations, proposals, and contract closures for deals >25L

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances

- Work with Product/Sales to refine ICP and pricing for new segments

- Attend industry events, build C-level relationships


C. Leadership

- Manage a team of 4-8: Marketing Execs, BDMs, Content 

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance for forecasts and strategy

- Present monthly business + marketing review to leadership
