Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Revenue Generation: Drive top-line growth and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Marketing & Brand Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and digital initiatives to boost visibility.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget and provide regular performance reports on ROI and sales metrics.
