Job Description

  • Create basic promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, certificates, and digital creatives using Canva.
  • Support in preparing visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Ensure designs follow company branding and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
  • Assist in developing designs for events, including backdrops, standees, and communication materials.
  • Manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain and update design templates, assets, and creative repository.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
  • Support creation of visuals for internal communication and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with basic design trends and Canva features.
