Job Description
Job DescriptionGrowth India is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to create engaging visual content for digital and print media.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media posts, banners, posters, and marketing creatives.
- Create brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Develop branding and advertising materials.
- Edit images and create visually appealing layouts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects.
- Create basic video thumbnails and short promotional creatives.
- Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- QualificationBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
Salary💰 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
