Growth & Training Manager

About the Role:

We are building a structured digital agency ecosystem where individuals can start and grow their own online business. We are looking for a Growth & Training Manager who will take complete ownership of building, training, and managing a performance-driven team.

This is not an HR or admin role. This is a high-ownership leadership role where your job is to find the right people, train them properly, and make sure they perform.

What You Will Be Doing:

Your core job is to find the right candidates for our sales and support role through Instagram, job portals, WhatsApp groups, offline placement agencies, and any other channel you can use independently. You screen them, explain the opportunity clearly, filter who is serious, and bring them in.

But your job does not end at recruiting. Once someone is onboarded, you are fully responsible for them. This includes daily one-two hour meet sessions with your entire team, WhatsApp follow-ups every day, tracking their activity, solving their doubts, keeping them motivated, and making sure they are performing. Their performance is how your performance will be judged — not just how many people you recruit.

On top of this, you will also handle social media outreach, reach out to people for collaborations, and create content for our page.

Basic laptop proficiency is a must for this role, as you will be required to learn our platform end to end and train the onboarded team members on it effectively.

Compensation: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives. Growth is directly tied to your team's performance.
