Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HDPE Blow Moulding Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain extrusion blow moulding machines used for manufacturing HDPE bottles and jars. The candidate should be capable of independently handling machine operations, mould changing, production quality, and troubleshooting while ensuring smooth production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate HDPE extrusion blow moulding machines efficiently.
• Set up and run machines for production of HDPE shampoo bottles, jars, and similar products.
• Handle machines such as Laxmi, Jagmohan, CMP, and Single & Double Station Blow Moulding Machines.
• Perform mould changing, machine setup, and production adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve basic operational issues.
• Ensure proper processing parameters for consistent product quality.
• Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
• Maintain production records and report machine issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Extrusion Blow Moulding Process.
• Experience in operating Single & Double Station HDPE Blow Moulding Machines.
• Expertise in mould changing and machine setting.
• Knowledge of processing HDPE raw materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Understanding of quality inspection and defect control.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance and safe operating practices.
