Qualification:

Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) or equivalent degree

Additional certification in healthcare/fitness/nutrition (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

Fresher or up to 3–4 years of experience in healthcare consulting, wellness advisory, or customer support

Up to 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their health concerns and lifestyle habits

Provide basic health guidance and wellness recommendations (non-medical)

Promote company healthcare/wellness products and services

Follow up with clients to monitor progress and maintain engagement

Maintain records of client interactions and update systems regularly

Coordinate with medical professionals or internal teams when required

Conduct teleconsultations or in-person consultations as per requirement

Educate clients about preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language

Strong interpersonal and counseling skills

Basic understanding of health, wellness, or nutrition concepts

Good listening and problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)

Empathetic and patient-focused approach

Preferred Skills:

Experience in wellness industry, clinics, or healthcare sector

Knowledge of diet plans, fitness routines, or lifestyle management

Sales or client-handling experience

Additional Requirements:
