- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle guest check-in and check-out
- Attend guest calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Manage room bookings and availability
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain guest records and ID verification
- Take online and offline bookings
- Basic billing and payment handling
- Required Good communication skills
- Basic English speaking preferred
- Smart personality and polite behavior
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in hotel reception work preferred
