Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Process cash, card, and digital/mobile payments accurately using the restaurant's Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Cash Handling: Verify opening cash balances, balance the register at the end of every shift, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests, answer questions regarding menu items and pricing, and resolve complaints or process refunds.
  • Order Coordination: Receive food checks/tickets, bag takeout orders, and verify accuracy before handing items to guests or delivery drivers.
  • Front-of-House Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized checkout counter, wait area, and register station
