HR Executive

Hiring: HR Executive (Recruitment & People Operations)

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about hiring the right talent, developing employees, and maintaining a disciplined, high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selection & Onboarding).

* Hire quality candidates within defined timelines for multiple departments.

* Conduct employee induction, training, and development programs.

* Manage staff attendance, leave, discipline, and employee records.

* Build a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.

* Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

* Maintain HR policies, documentation, and HR operations.

* Ensure employees follow company policies, discipline, and performance standards.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

* Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.

* Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.

* Disciplined, responsible, and able to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR tools.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).

Location: KAROLBAGH, NEW DELHI
