We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The role involves supporting business goals by ensuring effective HR policies, processes, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
• Address employee concerns and grievances
• Promote a healthy work environment and company culture
• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
• 1- 5 years of experience
