Job Description:Ujjwal Aura Recruitment Consultancy is inviting Strategic Partners & Sub-Vendors for a massive recruitment project with Paytm (Field Sales - QR/Soundbox).

Work Profile:

• Hum aapko apni authorized vendor ID provide karenge.
• Aapko apne sheher ya region mein Paytm ke liye Field Sales Executive (FSE) ki hiring karni hogi.
• Aap apni khud ki HR/Recruiters ki team manage karenge.
• Hum aapko complete backend support aur reporting portal access denge.

Investment & Payout:

• No Registration Fee: Isme judne ka koi charge nahi hai.
• Commission Based: Payout purely aapki team ki performance (onboarding) par hoga.
• High Earning Potential: Aap mahine ka ₹50,000 se ₹1.5 Lakh+ tak kama sakte hain (depending on team size).
• Payment Cycle: Ye ek long-term business setup hai. Payouts set hone mein aur process complete hone mein shuruat ke 3 mahine ka samay lagta hai.
