HR Recruiter

Tarumay Exports LLP is a fast-growing manufacturing company engaged in the production of textile and technical products including jeans, trousers, jackets, military apparel, tactical gear, bullet-resistant clothing, and other specialized garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for production, office, and management roles.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and support performance management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online recruitment platforms.
