• Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
• Organize and coordinate employee training programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Track employee performance, attendance and probation.
• Ensure discipline, accountability and HR process compliance.
• Coordinate directly with the Management for hiring, training and people development.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and internal processes.
• RequirementsGraduate (HR background preferred).
• 2–5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Good English and excellent Hindi communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Candidate must have a dedicated workspace, stable internet connection and a personal laptop.

• Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
