Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

Manage the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.

Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT products and service solutions.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2–5+ years of experience in IT products and services sales.

Proven experience in independently managing the complete sales cycle.

Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
