 ⏰ Shift: 10am - 7pm

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

* Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle objections and questions confidently.

* Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.

* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer service.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

*Key Requirements:*

* Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
