Role Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved, maintaining service quality, and supporting team members to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor daily productivity and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Resolve customer and team escalations promptly.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve processes and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
