Job Description

  •  Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day interior work execution at project sites.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, flooring contractors, and other vendors.
  • Monitor site progress and maintain execution timelines.
  • 2. Quality ControlCheck quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
  • Ensure proper finishing standards for:
  • Modular furniture
  • False ceiling
  • Electrical work
  • Lighting
  • Flooring
  • Wall finishes
  • Hardware fittings
  • Identify site issues and resolve execution errors proactively.
  • 3. Project CoordinationCoordinate between:
  • Design team
  • Vendors
  • Contractors
  • Clients
  • Conduct regular site meetings and update management regarding progress.
  • 4. Material ManagementMaintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Verify quantities and quality of site-delivered materials.
  • Avoid wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
  • 5. Measurement & Billing SupportTake site measurements and prepare work progress reports.
  • Assist in contractor billing verification and BOQ matching.
  • Coordinate for site-wise material requirement planning.
  • 6. Safety & DisciplineEnsure proper safety practices at site.
  • Maintain discipline and cleanliness on-site.
  • Ensure workers follow site protocols and working hours.
