Job Summary

Chelvies Coffee is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing, and food dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food inventory management, procurement, stock planning, and dispatch coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all food, beverage, and operational supplies.

Plan and execute purchasing activities based on stock levels and business requirements.

Coordinate food dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor stock movement, minimize wastage, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Work closely with kitchen, operations, and suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.

Prepare inventory, purchasing, and consumption reports for management.

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, and food dispatch.

Strong understanding of stock control systems, procurement processes, and inventory reporting.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in the food & beverage, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.
