Investment Buddy (Work From Home)
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Attractive Site Visit & Sales Incentives
- Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹55000+

Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-generated leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand each client's investment goals and property requirements.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Explain Villa and Farm House investment opportunities.
- Convince and motivate interested clients to schedule Site Visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups until the customer makes an investment decision.
- Update all interactions and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the on-site sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve monthly Site Visit and Sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills .
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Eligibility
- Female Candidates Preferred
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Previous Telecalling or Real Estate Sales experience is an advantage.
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 Days a Week
