Junior Ads Executive

We are looking for a Junior Meta & Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, along with a willingness to learn campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Track campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives.
• Monitor advertising budgets and spending.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
• Requirements: Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant internship or certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
