Junior Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our architectural firm in Delhi. The candidate would work closely with senior architects and project teams to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and Assist creating design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Reporting to senior architects and project teams regarding architectural designs and plans.
• Conduct thorough research relevant to the project and Conduct site surveys.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for projects.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or similar setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
• Strong design skills and the ability to create compelling visual presentations.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Delhi.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and practices is desirable.
• Working under pressure and willing to work late for project completion
