Lead Conversion Executive

My Legal Expert is looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele-Marketeer to manage and convert incoming leads for our legal services business. The role involves speaking with prospective clients over phone calls, understanding their legal requirements, explaining our services in a professional manner, following up with leads regularly, and assisting in converting inquiries into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi, have a professional and polite approach while handling clients, and should be comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day. Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, customer support, legal process outsourcing, or lead conversion will be preferred. Candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of maintaining proper records of leads and follow-ups.

The selected candidate will work closely with the My Legal Expert team to ensure timely response to all incoming inquiries generated through website, social media, advertisements, referrals, and other marketing channels. Knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Excel, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and email handling will be an added advantage.

Salary and incentives shall be offered based on experience, communication skills, and performance. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
