We are hiring motivated and self-driven individuals for the position of Life Insurance Advisor with Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote and sell life insurance products to potential customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Generate leads through personal contacts, social media, and referrals

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Provide after-sales service and policy support

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Other Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic smartphone knowledge required

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

• No English required
