Loan Executive

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales team. As a Loan Sales Executive / Telecaller, you will connect with potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and assist them in choosing the right loan product while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads and identify customers interested in loans.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Freshers are welcome
• Experience in Banking, Finance, Telecalling, BPO, or Sales is an advantage
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
