Job Description
Hiring: Loan Executive – Home Loan (HL), LAP & Business Loan (BL)
Location: Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi
We are looking for experienced and target-driven Loan Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Promote Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loan (BL) products.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
- Assist customers with documentation and application procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, LAP, or Business Loan sales.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services industry preferred.
- Good communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
- Strong understanding of loan products and documentation.
