हम E-commerce Logistics Coordinator की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जो Ayurvedic medicine orders के लिए कॉलिंग और लॉजिस्टिक्स को संभालेगा।

1. मुख्य कार्य (Responsibilities):हमारे courier partners (Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery) के साथ shipment coordination करना।
2. NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) को संभालना — customer से बात करके courier को सही अपडेट देना।
3. सभी orders के लिए pre-calling verification करना।

• केवल confirmed orders ही dispatch होंगे।

1. सभी Out for Delivery (OFD) shipments की tracking और customer coordination करना।
2. टीम की tracking queries को handle करना।
3. सभी updates Team Leader को tracking sheets के माध्यम से देना।

• कार्य विवरण:🕘 समय: सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक
• 🏠 कार्य: Work From Home
• 💻 आवश्यक: Laptop होना जरूरी है
• 📞 कॉल्स: लगभग 100 कॉल्स प्रतिदिन (Pre-calling + NDR)
• कौन आवेदन कर सकता है:केवल गंभीर और जिम्मेदार उम्मीदवार
• अच्छी communication skills जरूरी
• Logistics/E-commerce का basic knowledge होना चाहिए

We are hiring a dedicated E-commerce Logistics Coordinator for handling order verification and courier coordination for Ayurvedic medicine products.

1. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery) for shipment updates.
2. Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by calling customers and updating courier partners based on customer response.
3. Perform pre-calling inspection for all orders before dispatch.

• Only confirmed orders will be shipped.

1. Track all Out for Delivery (OFD) shipments and coordinate with customers.
2. Handle tracking-related queries from the team.
3. Maintain proper communication and update tracking sheets to the Team Leader.

• Work Details:🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 🏠 Mode: Work From Home
• 💻 Requirement: Laptop is mandatory
• 📞 Daily Calls: Approx. 100 calls (Pre-calling + NDR follow-ups)
