What You'll Do
- Own and manage Moom's presence across all existing and new marketplaces & quick-commerce partners across India
- Drive GMV growth through listing optimisation, A+ content, search advertising, and promotional calendars
- Monitor and improve catalogue health — pricing hygiene, suppression alerts, Buy Box ownership, and inventory availability
- Coordinate with the 3PL and supply chain team to ensure fulfilment SLAs are met across platforms
- Analyse platform data to identify growth opportunities and flag performance risks
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and regulatory on content compliance and claims
- Build and manage relationships with platform key account managers
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce management, preferably in FMCG, health, beauty, or supplements
- Hands-on experience with at least a handful of major marketplace & quick-commerce platforms
- Comfort with platform ad consoles and analytics dashboards
- Strong commercial instinct — you understand margins, promotional ROI, and contribution economics
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Bonus: experience with quick-commerce operations and last-mile constraints
