Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

➢ Educational Qualification:

○ Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Applications with minimum 2 years’ experience, OR

○ Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication / IT / Computers with minimum 3 years’ experience in network/server/firewall management.

➢ Certifications (Mandatory):

○ Global certification in network/system administration such as CCNA (Global).

○ Additional certifications like MCSE (Global) / MCSA (Global) will be an added advantage.

➢ Institution Recognition:

○ Degree/Diploma must be from an institution duly recognized by the State/Central Government.

Roles & Responsibilities

➢ Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.

➢ Monitor and resolve network outages and performance issues.

➢ Administer and troubleshoot server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).

➢ Ensure firewall and VPN configurations are updated and secure.

➢ Create, update, and maintain documentation for network diagrams, configurations, firewall rules, and maintenance logs.

➢ Coordinate with field engineers and support teams for issue escalation.

➢ Ensure network uptime and service availability as per SLA.

Skills Required

➢ Strong hands-on experience in Cisco network devices.

➢ In-depth knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).

➢ Solid experience in Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

➢ Competency in firewall rule creation, auditing, and network traffic control.

➢ Ability to handle end-to-end network setup and monitoring tools.

➢ Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

➢ Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in network administration.

➢ CCNA (Global) certification is compulsory.

➢ Should be ready for field/site-based deployment if required.

➢ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client environments
