Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/dispatch activities
- Assist in loading/unloading of small office supplies or packages
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are adequately stocked
- Support administrative staff in daily tasks
