Job Description
Job Summary:-
The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily administrative operations while supporting sales, project, and service teams in the commercial kitchen business. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments for timely execution of kitchen equipment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with sales team for quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Handle client inquiries related to commercial kitchen equipment and services
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of kitchen equipment and materials
- Track order status, deliveries, and installation schedules
- Liaise with design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and inventory records
- Support accounts team in billing, payment follow-ups, and documentation
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of technical drawings and project files
- Assist in after-sales service coordination and complaint handling
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, preferably in commercial kitchen, hospitality equipment, or related industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Key Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic understanding of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple teams (sales, design, procurement, service)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with hotels, restaurants, or catering businesses
- Familiarity with project-based work environments
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with coordination across departments
- Timing 10-6 pm
- Monday to Saturday
